• Efficiently manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and visas
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls, managing emails and tickets, and responding on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
  • Manage and organize confidential information, documents, and files, ensuring easy accessibility and strict confidentiality.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports or summaries to support the CEO’s decision-making process.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant documents, ensuring timely distribution to participants.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and implementation of decisions.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, executives, clients, and other external partners.
  • Assist the CEO in special projects and initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional level in the English language
  • Proficient in using productivity tools, such as ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to independently address challenges and find solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional travel and work outside regular office hours, as needed.
